HEALING THROUGH NUTRITION

Monday, November 16, 2009.

Food is often neglected in the grief journey. It has potential to be the
number one contributor that will begin to heal the pain of the loss of a
loved one.
Hippocrates said: "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your
food". Learning how to eat in order to heal the emotions is an art you can master to feel more motivated, energized and in control of your life.

GOAL SETTING TO ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS AND WISHES

Monday, January 18, 2010.

It is Never too Late to Realize your Dreams
This workshop should come with a warning!  Once you enter the land of your
dreams, there is no looking back!  And no, we do not accept any of the
excuses you may be hiding behind...

It is never too late and today is a new day.  It is the day to move out of
your comfort zone, banish the inertia that has been holding you back, and
really begin to nurture the flame of your inner dreams.  Set up a plan of action to realize your dreams and goals for 2010. We will also look at why 99% of all New Year's resolutions are not realized and how to overcome that.

Dr. Alex Gellman has been living the life of her dreams for years now - and
she highly recommends it!  Happiness will provide huge health benefits and you will become an inspiration to those around you.
